This page explains, in plain words, which personal data Encantos de Neve receives, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. It follows the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018) and, for people in Europe, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who looks after your data

What data we receive
When you plan your trip on the website
Name, email, WhatsApp number, resort, dates, number of adults and children, each child's age, the services you choose (accommodation, ski pass, lessons, equipment, transfer) and anything you write in the notes.
When you write to us through the contact form
First name, last name, email, phone number and your message.
After the trip is confirmed
Full name and date of birth of each traveller, the name of the main booking holder, arrival and return times and flight or train numbers, and any payment receipts you send us. We do not ask for passports: you show your document yourself at the accommodation check-in.
Payment
Payments are made by bank transfer. We only receive the information shown on the transfer receipt.
Browsing the website
The website has its own visit counter, with no cookies, that does not store your IP address: each visitor becomes a code that changes every day, and the country is estimated from the device's time zone. It only tells us how many people visit the website and which pages are viewed most.
What we use your data for
- Preparing your quote and answering your questions.
- Booking the services of your trip with our suppliers.
- Sending you payment details, receipts and trip information (including the "My trip" page).
- Keeping in touch with you before and during your trip.
- Meeting legal and tax obligations, such as issuing invoices.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it to send you advertising.
Who we share it with
Only what is needed for your trip to happen:
- Trip suppliers: accommodation, ski school, transfer, equipment rental shop, ski pass and transport, who receive the names and details they need for the booking.
- Our accountants, for invoices.
- The company that hosts our website and email (OVHcloud, in France).
Some of these suppliers are outside Brazil, mainly in France. This transfer is necessary to perform the contract for your trip.
Cookies
When you visit the website, a cookie notice appears. If you tap "Accept", the website uses Google Ads cookies, which measure the results of our ads. If you tap "Not now", these cookies are not used. You can change your mind at any time by clearing the website data in your browser.
How long we keep it
Data about completed trips and tax documents are kept for the period required by tax law (5 years). Quote requests that did not become a trip are deleted within 12 months.
Your rights
At any time, you can ask to:
- know what data we hold about you;
- correct wrong or outdated data;
- delete your data (except what the law requires us to keep);
- know who we share it with;
- withdraw your consent, where applicable.
Just write to contact@encantosdeneve.com. We reply within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you can also contact the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD) or the data protection authority of your country.
Security
The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS). Booking data is stored outside the public area of the website, and only the Encantos de Neve team has access, with a password.
To protect our forms (quote and contact) against bots, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. When you send a form, it invisibly checks that the sender is a person, using technical information from your browser and connection (such as your IP address). It does not use advertising cookies and does not receive the content of your request.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated.
