These terms explain how booking a trip with Encantos de Neve works: quote, payment, changes and cancellation. By sending your booking request, you agree to them.
Who we are and what we do
Monte Blanc Serviços de Turismo Ltda (Encantos de Neve), Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 63.862.207/0001-95, Av. Paulista, 1636, Conj. 4, Pavimento 15, Bela Vista, São Paulo/SP, CEP 01310-200, Brazil. Encantos de Neve organises ski trips in the French Alps. We book and follow up the services of your trip, which are provided by partner suppliers: accommodation, ski schools, transfer companies, equipment rental shops, resorts (ski passes) and transport companies. Each supplier is responsible for the service it provides, and we follow everything from the quote until you return home.
Quote
- The price shown in "Plan your trip" is an instant estimate, based on current prices.
- Sending the request is not a booking. After your request, we check the availability of each service and send you the final quote.
- The final quote is valid for 48 hours, because suppliers' availability and prices change.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in euros.
- Payment is made by bank transfer in euros. The costs of the transfers to our suppliers are already included in the price.
- A 40% deposit of the total confirms your booking.
- The balance is due 45 days before arrival. If the trip is less than 45 days away, the balance is paid right after the deposit.
- You receive a receipt by email for each payment.
- Services are booked as soon as the deposit is received. Some, such as trains, can only be booked once sales open, and you can follow each booking on your "My trip" page.
Changes
Change requests (dates, number of people, services) must be made in writing, by email or WhatsApp. We do our best to accommodate them, but each change depends on availability and on each supplier's rules, and may change the price of the trip.
Cancellation by the client
- Cancellations must be requested in writing, by email or WhatsApp.
- The fee for our organisation service is non-refundable.
- The other services are refunded according to each supplier's cancellation conditions, stated in the quote. We refund whatever each supplier refunds.
- Refunds are made using the same payment method, as soon as the suppliers return the amounts.
Cancellation or change by a supplier
If a supplier cancels or changes a service, we let you know straight away and offer an equivalent alternative. If you do not accept it, we refund the amount the supplier returns for that service.
Your responsibilities
- Travel documents: a valid passport and any other document required to enter France.
- Flights: Encantos de Neve does not sell plane tickets.
- Travel insurance: we strongly recommend insurance that covers snow sports.
- Following the rules of the resorts, ski schools and accommodation.
Snow, weather and resorts
The amount of snow, the weather and the opening of slopes and lifts depend on nature and on the resorts, not on Encantos de Neve. When this happens, we follow each supplier's rules and help you make the most of your trip.
